Run the Identify → Analyze → Prioritize process. Quantify the cost of inaction. Build an executive-ready problem statement with financial backing. Produce a Root Cause Priority List.

Use the Challenge–Opportunity Matrix and Impact vs. Feasibility Matrix to rank initiatives. Produce a funded portfolio view with clear Quick Wins, Strategic Projects, and Long-Term Bets.

Generate and document use cases using the four-step framework (Reframe, Generate, Document, Visualize). Build a Use-Case Portfolio with flow maps for stakeholder alignment and executive communication.
